Todd was great! He did a wonderful job, and really made my experience a very pleasant one.
My only suggestion to Piercey for improvement is to have faster turnaround times when the vehicle is picked up after the service has been completed. Both times that I had recall services done at the dealership, I had to wait a long time and Todd had to request that the vehicle be brought to me twice.
