(1) I made a appointment for Friday maintenance, received confirmation email also a text message to remind me . But When advisor write up my work order it said I don’t have an appointment & it take more time to complete an oil change. (2) I ask for an oil change done on my car, the Advisor told me I need bring car back every 5k & use authentic oil. I thought authentic oil last 8 to 10,000 mile before change.

Edge of the doors were not clean before applying the clear protector. So now I can see the dirty in between the door and the protector. Not all Avery protectors were not installed. I have to schedule an appointment once they become available.

Appt. was started at exact time. Work finished when I was told it would be and then I was told a video would be available to view. I have always been impressed with the service at Piercy. This is the third Toyota we have had serviced at Piercy and have always been more than satisfied.
