Cost for tires was ridiculous. Would not patch it. Very little warranty. I will not buy tires there again. I’m going to Costco where they do value customers.

Todd was very rude. He told me I wasted my time coming in for a brake inspection. He said one thing Toyota does not do well is fast. The brake inspection took 2:30 hours. He said he did not want to argue with me about it because they could not duplicate the noise. Very disappointed with his customer service. I complained to his manager Mike.

Service seemed to be fine and quick. My vehicle was ready around 103hrs. . But, when it came to the shuttle service I was struggling to get back to pick up my vehicle. It took me nearly 2.5 hours to be picked up to retrieve my vehicle (1230hrs) There seemed to have been a huge communication issue. I had a difficult time just to get a driver to come. Several phone calls too many.
