Todd was very helpful and courteous. However I did have an issue with another rep Jazz signh, when I came to pick up my car, he asked me if I called in to pick up my car. I thought Toyota calls and leaves a message? He then sent me to the cashier, after along while at the cashier, the cashier said she did not have my paperwork and was instructed to go back to service. I then went back to jazz and he said that he did not have my paperwork. I then asked to speak to a manager. Jazz replied that he is in the office pointing the direction. The manager was busy on a call and by then jazz looked for my paperwork and found it. Much more to say but if you would like to call me back at ****-****-xxxx I can explain further. Essentially I was not satisfied with your service.

My brother and I came to this location to drop off my '08 Camry after calling other locations on quotes to get the water pumps replaced. We came this past Friday and was assisted by Phillip Kudelka. He was our Service Advisor and was great in explaining everything to us and what needs to be done. We were given an estimate on the cost and even offered a payment plan if we opted for it. When I came back on Saturday to pick up my vehicle, it seemed like I was a **** to the employees there. Since Phillip was off that morning and the other Service Advisors didn't assist with my car, I felt like I wasn't "their problem." Upon retrieving my car, I was just told to go pay at the cashier box with no follow up and no explanation or details about the service they had done. I felt really rushed on the 2nd day compared to the day before. For a customer paying over $2000, the least they could have done was explained to me what type of work they had done, and if the new parts have a warranty on it. NOTHING! The payment plan wasn't even offered as they had mentioned it the day before. Since I was pushed away, I felt annoyed and didn't even bother inquiring about it. I'm not one to really write about my experiences, but the staff who was working on that Saturday morning needs some Customer Service training skills. I work in the industry where I deal with guests all day and a little Customer Service with genuine care goes a long way. The work on my car turned out good and I'm happy with it. But Customer Service is below sub par and needs improvement.
