The quality of service has diminished down to assembly line fashion. Having to circle back a couple of times to the shop due to forgotten service by the technician. Have not been this disappointed since the year 2005. Also, the quality of service from the service advisors is very lacking, and they need to understand the importance of follow-through when the customer is reaching out to them. Also, It’s not essential to take advantage of female customers when they try and come to a device advisor for help; instead they try and get them to spend more money than what they need to spend. Also, the service manager lacks the traditional service manager values of world class service where the customer concerns are involved !!!

I would like to thank everyone in the service department and my service advisor Todd. They have fixed a fuse that was blown (because of LED tail light and brake light dual function) in RAV4 hybrid. Due to push button start the vehicle won't power up, by design this is very ancient. You are stranded if your brake light bulb is gone.
I appreciate it does not cover under warranty but Piercy team took care of me. There was also another blown fuse which covers parking lights, tail lights, fog lights, license plate lights.vwhich is fuse 21. I was in Stevens Creek, dropped in Toyota spares, brought the fuse and changed it. All is well now.
What surprised me is they had car for 2 days, little more attention, same fuse box and location. Going over the car in general.
