Not by service representative’s fault; but I had to endure 3-1/2 hours wait despite an early arrival and appointment on a Wednesday. Either there’s not enough service technicians or personnel management is lacking skills to call part-timers for busy days. Wednesday was supposed to be the slowest day of the week; which is the reason for my appointed time and day.
