Phil was very courteous. The job was finished in a timely manner. However, there was one thing I was extremely disturbed. The quote said “customer requests inspection of ...”. I did not make any request. I brought the car in for free maintenance service offered by Toyota. I fully understand stand that once I request some services, I have to pay for it unless dealer clearly states that it’s free. I urge you to rephrase the wording s in the quote. Phil simply you the pre-prepared written from computer so I don’t blame on him
