I was in for a routine 45,000 mile service appt. After 2 hrs I went to my service rep to find out why people who came in after me were already gone. He told me my car was just finished and he was getting ready to call me. How timely! He told me my battery showed a bad cell and I was going to need one soon. I told him i would take care of it. Well guess what? As they were getting ready to bring my car to me, it wouldn’t start. Boy, talk about bad luck. Well I was stuck and had to buy a battery at the dealership . At least the service mgr Ken offered to waive installation charge. Ken was the only bright spot in a completely rotten experience.

Ms.Hong Ly is a very polite nice customer service, she treats customers like good friends or family members, explain every question with patience and very professional, makes the customers feel welcome and comfortable, especially with her trilingual (English and Chinese, Cantonese, Manderin...) makes some customers who don’t speak English well completely understand what their cars need to be fixed or changed.
