- Although recommendation for brake pad maintenance was useful information, the service adviser pushed consistently even after I declined it for unexpected fees.
- The adviser billed a bulk 0W-20 oil cost ($12 ~ $13) at the first statement although I brought my own oil. Later, after my complain at payment desk, he brought new bill by increasing the labor fee to keep total bill amount. This behavior even made me question that whether they even used my own oil or not although the oil of my own in the passenger seat was gone after the service.
- It would be appreciated to return remaining oil in the container as a proof of direct use of customer brought oil. (Other adviser did it and I had a confidence in her service at the previous visit)
