My service appointment went very smoothly. Raymond meet me in my car in the driveway, and it was taken to the garage at the appointed time. Raymond explained the extended warranty program and kept me apprised of the progress
of the service appointment. The work was completed within the estimated time and Raymond made my next appointment before I left.

He lied to me about the repair on my car that he recommended, I brought my car last Saturday 03/23/19 for maintainance but he called that my car needs absorber shock because there’s a leak on it, and when I pick up my car Monday 03/11/18, my husband find out the Shock ABsorber didn’t replace & and I asked one of the Service Employee to look on it he also agree that the parts has not been replaced. He’s wasted my time a lot and this is not acceptable!
