Honestly, I felt rushed through the whole experience. Additionally, the issue I came in with was not rectified when I picked up my car. I was offered no options to the issue I am dealing with for my brand new 2019 Rav4 XSE Hybrid - then, I had to pay $42 for a rental car (when I called to make my appointment, I was told "loaner" vehicles would be available - no cost was mentioned) when the technicians couldn't find anything wrong with my car.
I know I am new to this dealership, but I left with nothing but a lighter wallet.
There is a very distinct, not normal noise coming from my rear hybrid battery fan, and I was told - just email Toyota to let them know.
I felt like my concern was not really taken seriously.
