When i made my appointment i asked if i could drop my truck off in the middle of the night. The operator said yes. I get there and the gate is closed. So i opt to park my truck on the street, drop my key off in the key drop with a note and when I'm walking to find it on the PA system there's a security guard yelling he's going to call the police. I wave at the camera to show him I'm trying to drop the keys off and i get more threats. Terrible situation. First the operator outright lied and secondly i get threats upon trying to leave my key. I have no plans to return to your terrible business, I'll take my business elsewhere where is customers are told the truth and treated with respect.

Got there on time and waited until I was helped. I was helped by a worker named Brian. He said it would take about 1.5 hours. Sat down and waited. Next thing I know i've been waiting for about 3 hours, with no one contacting me. As soon as I realized that its been awhile I went to the front and ask for an update. The person(didn't get his name) looked at my paper work and said because Reza helped me he wouldn't be able to. I mentioned that Brian was the person who checked me in. He says, "well I can look on his computer, but I don't want to use his computer" and he points me to an empty chair where Reza sits. Another worker reached out to me and said he can help me out. He looked at my paper and called in my car. To add to this, my car's tire pressure is suppose to be set to 35, however when I left I checked the pressure on my dash and I had 2 set to 38, 1 set to 36 and the other to 35. Just horrible service overall.

The representative wasnt very informative and when i asked for clarification i was told to read my owners manual. When I when i went to pick my car i was not greated or assisted. I asked again what was done to my car and had a few other questions and wasnt even listen to. They simply told me to read. I had read everything that was done but again wanted clarification. Ive had better service at Toyota @ Sunnyvale. I do appreciate the ride in the morning to my work.
