The service manager was great, but waited more than 5 hrs. Was not acceptable. The Worst thing is that when the service is completed and went to pickup my car all the 4 windows set down, and I couldn’t drive my car who ever drove for test or to bring to the pickup area left full of smokes. I hate smoking. This individual make me to get sick my eyes started irritating, my throat started heartening. I don’t know what kind of smock it was, I Am sure not a cigarette, I was going to talk to the manager. But I didn’t want to expose my self to the smoker, because this individual seems careless ..... He can not smoke inside customer’s car. But still this is not going to stop me to go to this place again.

Brian did great in attempting to make up for mistakes in the service dept but his crew messed up again big time. The detail job is worse than a 25 buck full service car wash at a gas station. This is after i showed Brian that the back door wasn't even washed let alone waxed. He left a dirty rag inside my van too with globs of shampoo or conditioner on the floor.

I had to shuttle between service advisors and cashier multiple time before I could make the payment. I just don’t understand how it’s my job to ensure that cashier got the papers? If papers are not there I believe it’s cashiers responsibility to check with the advisor rather than sending me over to them. And advisor just informed that the papers are with cashier. I had to be the messenger between them for a few times till someone took pity of me and printed the whole damn thing. I guess this will be the last time I visit piercey

It is great to clear questions on my new car. Jason is very helpful to get my car quickly in service. My concern on this car is MPG number shown on the dashboard. It is not reflected a correct number as we mention in the specification of 40MPG. So far the full tank of gas only show 500 miles total instead of 600 miles. The gas tank is 14.5 gallons 500 / 14.5 = 34.5 mpg. It is not going even close to the lowest level 37 mpg as we mention in the spec. I drove 300 miles and the meter show only 140miles left. I will continue to monitor and bring the car back to your again if the car does not perform clise to 37 miles per gallons
