The service writer was great, not the work the mechanic did on the oil change, I found my engine oil plug was loose, I gave the oil plug 4 turns before it started to make total contact with the compression washer.
I tighten it my self, had oil on my drive way, I retired 36 years as a mechanic.
I contacted Service supervisor Brian, toI told him.
