Someone texted and emailed me a video showing that there was an issue with my car. I replied to the text and email and asked formmore information. No one responded to my text or email. I called Piercey Toyota to ask to speak with my tech and I was told he was out in the shop and would call me back. No one called me back. I called again and asked for an ETA and was told that Raymond went to lunch. I was then told my car was done. I would not have known my car was done unless I called because no one communicated with me. I really felt like my time was not valued.
