I felt like the warranty was not explained to me and that too many additional expenses were incurred as 299.00 for one tire is way too expensive.
In addition when i got to work i realized there was no tire cap on the new tire, attention to detail is defintly not number one at this dealership.

When I checked in there was a man telling me my tires were at 2/32, 3/32 and explaining that tires were on sale and what my price would be, I said I would look into it. When I got the report on my car it said all the tires were at 5/32. Hong Ly said the man was not a Toyota representative and to trust the technician. All very confusing and misleading. I do want to say that Hong Ly handled all my questions and made me feel at ease. I really liked the texting and the video report.
