A little bit of disappointment that kris requested my shuttle to pick me up as "future ", even I told him clearly I need ride at 440pm from my work. So, waiting till 435pm, not got any call from driver. I called him, then he asked a driver to pick me up, but it was almost 5pm, my office has to be closed at 5pm. Wish he would be more considerate about about customer than suggesting services on the car. He called me twice to ask me to replace brake fluids, but forgot my pickup.
