I’ve been coming to Piercey Toyota for 17 years since I bought my 2002 Prius there. I’ve followed them when they moved to Milpitas because I have bought 5 cars from them since & they always treat me so well, even though they are a LONG way from where I live. My experience today was the usual exceptional experience I’ve come to expect but I have to say that Patel was above and beyond the usual great Piercey experiences. He clearly had my interests at heart and was a pleasure to deal with, even though because of traffic it took me 1:15 hours to get there at that hour (I usually come at 07:00 but no appointments available that early)
