The worst experience in many years with piercey toyota. I was not informed of the charges and the service advisor gave me this attitude when I request to remove some services. I waited almost 3 hours and my advisor did not tell me or come to me when my car is ready. I have to come to him to check on the status while seeing him playing with phone. I will still go to piercey Toyota for my two cars services and hope I won’t encounter the same advisor.
