My satisfaction is always with Piercy Toyota service. I didn't say about Purval Patel. He seems to be signing up a work order for the customer, suggesting him to do this, to do that, so that he can get more credit from Piercy, by making more money. When the customer did not follow his suggestion, he seems uninterested and ignored that I was waiting in the hall. He was nowhere to be found at all. It was a slow day and fewer cars that day. I waited longer than I should, as I saw my Prius C, sitting idly inside the building. It was through another Asst. Service Manager who checked my Work Order, that was completed already that, I check out, paid and left. I'll be your loyal fan and customer always.

Out of the times I come here to get my car serviced this is one of the worst I’ve experienced. Got my car oil changed on Thursday and then the very next day the check engine light came on....? Don’t know what happen as it’s the first time it ever happened and they suggested to run a diagnostic test only to find out the gas cap was “supposedly” loose?!!! Which I mentioned that I’ve always made sure that it was tightly closed because I always made sure that I hear that click indicating that it’s closed properly and being accused by the supervisor that I failed to close it properly just seems that there just in for the money charging me 150.00 just to tightly close the gas cap which I highly doubt that was even the issue “ because I know that it was closed properly”. AND HONESTLY IF THIS IS EVEN READ I’M DEFINITELY SURE THAT IT WOULD BE IGNORED!!!

The tires psi were all 32psi on all wheels. The tires say 51psi max on their tire markings. To see if the recorded psi is true I neasure the psi. Both front tires were reading 30s & the rears were 28psi. What is the right psi?
