The svc guy named krisheen. He is really bad and rude. He wanted me to fix something but I didn’t want to do it on that day yet. I said I will make another appointment to do it. He said I didn’t do it on my last checked up at 47,**** miles and this time if I don’t do it , he will write a noted that Toyota won’t responsible for it no more. He threatened me!!! And the way he talked was super rude. Also he even mentioned to the guys next to me and both of them talk rudely to me!!!! It’s like harassing me!!! If u don’t warn him, I guarantee I will post on social about ur bad service !!! It should be my decision to do it or not. My husband drives the same car and his car has the same problem. He came in and talked to one of ur svc guy before and that guy said it’s ok not important so when krisheen told me, I have called my husband about it and he said no it s ok we will do it later then I told krisheen that my husband said no. He still threatened me so i had to call my husband back and he still said no till he said he will write a note and let me sign it!!!
