I brought my car in around 26,400 miles for the 25,000 checkup. I was informed that this was too far out of range to count as my 25,000 mile check up and instead this would count as my 30,000. My work-schedule this past couple of weeks did not allow me to take the car in any sooner.
I honestly am pretty annoyed with this policy. I purchased to extended coverage plan - this practice would make me very weary about purchasing this again in the future, and if I’m just being honest, also makes me less likely to buy another Toyota. As a nurse, it is my job to have my patient’s back in many different ways. I did not feel as if Piercy Toyota “had my back” in any similar way.
The quality of your work is great and timely. Your staff is courteous enough. I just feel like I got pretty shortchanged on this, and it’s not something I’ll forget.

We had our 100k service done. We can still hear a small rattling noise in the back but that is probably caused by wear and tear of rubber around doors and windows. The service person told us that they test driove our car and heard nothing.
