We were waiting inside lobby for the car to get serviced, thought we heard my name to get the car and when we saw the car we asked to get the key. After thirty minutes of leaving I got a call from the girl who helped us at the beginning to go get the car, she then let me know I had to sign some paperwork before taking the car and had to go back for that. You shouldnt just give the car to someone if you know there are additional paperwork to finish. Anyone could have taken my car.. also don't make it seem like it's customer fault for forgetting to sign something.
