I hope Brady more friendly with customers.
I tried to talk, explain to him my repair request but seems like disconnected.
I also tried to txt, voicemails.. but no response!!
I also didn’t have chance to talk / review my car service items with him-my service advisor

I bought car 2018 Camry and I was told I have lifetime warranty on battery but when I went to Milpitas Toyota the service man was not very friendly when I asked I have warranty on battery he told me it is not possible never anybody get warranty on battery so I was told you have life time warranty on battery is they lied me?

This was a follow up visit for me to get sone recommended service on my vehicle after I brought my car in for an oil change. Marvin provided me with his contact info and when I made this appointment Marvin called to check in. He let me know what to do and when I arrived for my scheduled appointment I was quickly checked in. As I waited for my car Marvin kept me up to date on its status. I am new to Piercy Toyota, after having a horrible experience at Fremont Toyota. Thanks to Marvin and the service I received I will be returning to get my vehicle serviced in the future.
