Very quick response to getting my car in on short notice and my car was completed in record time. My only complaint is that going through the dealership was twice as expensive as getting a cat shield put on by an outside business. And I truly believe that Toyota should not be making money hand over fist during this new normal of easily stolen cat converter’s. Toyota is making money on putting in new converters and then twice as much again on putting in a shield. It seems like they should be able to give a break to those people who aren’t fortunate enough to have the Prius before 2012 when the created the new design plan to protect the converters.
