Viet Bach is an excellent employee and truly deserves a raise. He was easy to talk too and provided great explanation towards the labor and parts that I’m paying for. I will definitely be looking for him for my future visits to Piercey Toyota.

Diana greeted me and was very welcoming when I delivered my car. She thoroughly explained what to expect on the car service for the day. Since the shuttle was a little backed up she offered a Lyft ride home to prevent a long wait at the dealership. Very much appreciated. When my car was ready I got a Lyft back to the dealership where I was greeted again and explained what was completed.
