Very easy drop off and raymond was very helpful and provided a Lyft for me and my friend to get to great mall. I always enjoy bringing my car to piercey. I live in Fremont but I don't bringing it to milpitas since the customer service is always good.

everything was great until car pickup. i waited 20 minutes for my truck to be brought to me while only 1 car attendedant was managing this action. all while you had some service reps chatting about football some people received their cars before i received my truck even though they showed up 10 min after me. this is an area that can be improved. i just think taht if you have a backup of 5-6 cars everyone should pitch in and get people out of the cold faster

Service member and final service to my care was great, as always.
But I was sitting in waiting area for two hours and had to call main number for staff to tell the 4-5 guest that were sitting there for 30 min or more with out a mask
I was disturbed that no one monitors that area for safety protocols
I feel I might not return again, costumers should not be monitoring these Important rules
