My service adviser took a very aggressive approach to convince me to replace all 4 tires on my vehicle. After I declined the offer, he continue to pressure me to change my mind. Then he refused to perform the tire rotation which is a listed task for this maintenance milestone. I have 42K miles on these tires. The tires have 45K manufacture warranty. I have the normal wear-n-tear on these.
