Overall poor service experience. The service was not completed within the promised time. I was not called even though I could see the serviced Van outside. I had to go and request to get my paperwork processed. The whole process took 3 hrs. Will think twice before having my next service done at Piercey.

I still think the rate you charge for service is outrageous but you do good work and the service manager, Jasvir tried to keep it down to exactly what had to be done. I don't want to bring my vehicle to Toyota as it costs easily 1000 ever time I do.

The check in for my appointment and set up of a rental vehicle took an entire hour. Given that I had an appointment time, I was expecting to show up and be helped promptly. I was not warned at the time I made the appointment that the time is arbitrary and that vehicles are served in the order they drive up in line. I did not feel that my time was valuable to Toyota.

Had an appt and my wait time in the appt line was long to get in with the service advisor. I got there at 10 for a 10:30 am appt and I was registered around 10:23 am, which was a while to see my service advisor. It seems like the people with non appointments got registered before a person with an appt. this was the only thing that I think you can improve on
My advisor Edward was nice and friendly with good customer service:)
