When I received my car, it had a ridiculous amount of grease smudges all over the exterior. I just washed the vehicle the day prior. And I don't understand how those smudges ended up there when they were only replacing the passenger side airbag. Further, they scratched my dashboard. Since it was the end of the evening, the last gentleman behind the counter (Brian) looked at the scratch and tried to buff it out. I really don't appreciate the carelessness with which they handled my vehicle. He couldn't remove the scratch, but advised that I return next week to have them attempt to remove it.

I came for a 5k service. Although I was persuaded to 90k service, I later found out two big cost items : transmission fluid exchange and coolant exchange performed on my Corolla were not even on 90k schedule according to the maintenance guide! I ended up paying 10x more than I planned unnecessarily. Very disappointed.
