I have to say that Raymond remained very professional with me as I was extremely upset when he first encountered me. It was my first time to the dealership and as soon as I pulled up, I was what felt like "attacked" (for lack of better word) by Barbara, who was abrasive and in my face about if I had an appointment or not. She seemed frustrated that I was in the "wrong line" (it was not busy at all either) and I immediately was put in defensive mode because she was interrupting me and just plain rude. I was like, yes, I have an app- she abruptly responded with, your in the wrong line- I said "sorry I've never been here before " she was just unfriendly- and responded with "roll down your back window mam" I just felt that was rude. It's my vehicle, don't treat me like that when I drive up, be patient and welcoming. At that point, I was angry and I had been there for 2 mins. Poor Raymond walks up and was confused and had to take the brunt of me being an angry customer which I don't like being, because I've worked customer service my whole career. He impressed me with how professional he was, he didn't react to my emotions with anger or offended that I was taking it out on him. He also went out of his way to make sure my issue with my stereo was taken care of and he was very accepting of my apology for being so rude to him. That lady barb did apologize to me when she overheard me complaining about her. My recommendation is that even though I recognize you are a bust facility and trying to get through appointments that the customer service and welcoming when you first Drive up is not in your face, rushing you to get out of your car when you are trying to get your bags etc. I mean, if I was 80 years old, I would've had a heart attack with how rushed I felt and I'm a younger in my 30's. Thank you for reading this, hopefully you will work on that initial part. Very clean facility, loved how I got a video of what was going on with my car...I mean you guys are top notch and I plan to continue to go there.

Cashier is suppose to give the key along with the paper work which she did not do and told me to go to the service manager after I returned the rental car papers. No one gave me the keys of my car. I waited 20 mins thinking someone will come to me. Then I asked a lady where is my car and she told me "ask the manager" "ask the cashier". Then they said it should be outside. Then they said the keys should be inside the car and not clear with anything. I asked several people where is my car and no body was helping. I hope you can approve this for the next customer. The cashier should give me my keys and tell me where my car is instead of me going crazy looking for it.

I had a horrible experience when I bought my car in this morning. I was menaced by a service technician named Miguel Hernandez who berated me about being in the wrong service lane. After that he yelled at me about lowering my rear window 3 inches. When the rear window went lower he started yelling at me. This was by far the worst service I've ever received from any dealership. It was the opposite of what I experience when I take my Acura for servicing. My question is what is such a person like Miguel Hernandez doing at Toyota let alone as a person who is supposed to greet customers? Who hired this guy? Doesn't Toyota have any type of screening or professional requirements of its employees? I probably will never come to this dealership again. I plan to elevate this incident to Toyota corporate headquarters if I don't hear back from Piercy about how they are going to resolve this problem with Miguel Hernandez.

I came to your dealer to fix my radio after 5.5 hours received a phone call that my car radio will cost 1,300 I asked for shuttle . The shuttle dose not go no moor then 5 miles I had to call Uber cost me 22 one way. So spent 44 for nothing . Problem needs to be addressed
