Service took way to long and turns out you guys didn't even had the parts that I needed even though in my appointment I specified what parts I needed... Could have just ordered the parts ahead of time and saved me 2.5 hours of waiting for nothing. Also when ordering the parts today, they messed up and had to redo it, which took an extra 30 minutes. Who takes 30 minutes to fix an order???
The only positive thing was that the technician consultant, Jason Martinez, was nice and helpful.

When I drove away, the rubber flaps on the window were flapping in the wind so I need to call tomorrow to ensure it was fixed correctly. :(
