Today technician found out my suspension absorber has leakage and recommend to replace it. I agreeed. But I found out my car right now make knock noise when I drive on bump and turn after I got the car and drove home. I guess some work did not finish very well. It's scared!
Anyway I have to drive back tomorrow for checkup.

When I had another service representative and after my service order was complete, I couldn't contact him with a question. He was probably at lunch. I asked a second service representative to help me, but he said he was busy closing out his service requests and he paged my original service representative. I waited a long time and felt like crying. All the service representatives ignored me. Walter saw me waiting and came to my rescue even though he was not my service representative at the time. I am deeply appreciative of Walter's help when no one else would help me.
Walter also helped me get my plastic door handle shields fixed when another service representative before told me I had to schedule an appointment on a different day with a different department. The other service representative made it sound like it was difficult to get an appointment to fix the door handle shields. Thank you, Walter!!! Give that man a raise!!! :)

Here are the things you could do better:
1) Honor expired Service Agreement vouchers. When I bought my Prius I pre-paid for 11 Service Agreement vouchers at a price of 136 each. Today I was told they expired and are worthless. Therefore I doubt I will return for future service. You should make it a policy to honor these pre-paid vouchers (especially when you consider it generates other business -- like new tires, fuel injection cleaning, etc.)
2) The process for picking up a car should be improved. You pay at the cashier they call to have your car picked up and then you wait hoping that someone is actually picking up your car. My last 2 visits a woman was nice enough to ask me for my service tag number and she went and got my car. This makes me wonder if the call from the cashier really did anything.
3) I was recommended throttle body and injection cleaning and told it would cost 315. Seriously? You cleaned my injectors in 2012 for 92. That feels like some serious price gouging.
4) The report I was handed could be much clearer. It says "Underhood Components" failed. What failed? Are we talking about the throttle body and fuel injectors? I thought that was recommended service. Also the report says in one place that my tires are 8/32" or greater but in another place it says that my tires are 5/32". So which is correct?
One the plus side. The car was done on time and the text message with the video of my car was a really nice feature.

I received a text which made no sense at 11:00. Then from that point until after 5:00 pm I sent 7 messages to Raymond asking if my car was ready (email, phone and txt). No response. I showed up in person after 6:00 pm and the car was ready. I had asked for a shuttle pick up at 5:000 but that didn't happen so I had to call my son to pick me up. Once I approved the service everything went dark. Please don't call me. I don't want to talk about it.
