Brian was great I showed up 3 hours early got me out under a hour.
You might want to talk to the tech who did the work they forgot to reset the maintenance light on the good thing I knew how reset it myself.

4 longest hours waiting just for oil change/ tire rotation is not acceptable. This service with appointment make my day so bad!!!! Loss my time and business, then you guys make your department very low rating. If you and your department cannot handle a job do not accept more service/ common sense!!!! In the past 2 years I have a very bad experience with piercey Toyota. From buying car, finance dept. / insurance dept, and now foe service. You and your team are make a lot of money daily bases so please do a better service for your costumer. With out costumer, you don't have business at all...
