Car service was done perfectly. But never make clients wait in line ESP if there is an appt. get more agents. Invest on iPads. Have agents come to the car once clients arrive, get stats and consent electronically . Very poor time efficiency.

I want to commend Piercey for instituting the video feedback.
This definitely helps customers that are not knowledgeable about cars such as myself!
One suggestion for improvement would be for situations when inspection results in a recommendation to replace dirty fluids, is to show an example of the clean fluid and the dirty fluid.
In my case, the video showed a clean fluid example, but the dirty fluid was inside the reservoir of my car, and the plastic is not clear. However, I was able to address this doubt by getting Jasons help to go to the car and see the dirty fluid for myself.
