They didint use glove to done air baga decal the roof was dirty and they put wrong clip.i call to fix it they fix the clip.the roof is too dirty and the lady who was takecare of me i ask to clean she is not satisfied me and i back with dirty roof .i never expect this instead of clean.

Notified representative of my cruise control stalk illumination light blinking issue during my first visit more than 3 months ago. I emphasized how distracting it was especially driving at night. He suggested to just wait until my next maintenance service to have it resolved. Vehicle was serviced yesterday and was told the replacement part needed to be ordered. Not sure why my representative did not order this part in advance or note this issue to be resolved during my next visit as suggested by him. Now I need to schedule another appointment and make plans again to accommodate the service repair.

I came here for service the last 9 years. Toyota in general and Service quality at Piercey has been getting worst over the year. That was changed with my service today with Dexter. He was great detailing what is needed and shows great patient and knowlege. I will likely book my appointment with him in the future. Though the appointment system is in much needed overhaul.
