Phillip was a great service advisor. I appreciated his great customer service. He was professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to check for any recalls on my car model and to check on my service history to provide recommendations since I had not been to Piercey Toyota in a while. Phillip asked if I had done specific services my car was due for outside of Toyota and provided recommendations based on my answers. Phillip really made me feel like I could trust him and that he was not simply trying to sell extra services. Everything was done quickly and he even offered the shuttle service. My experience with Phillip was outstanding and I would be happy to work with him again. Thank you for the excellent service! This is why I love returning to Piercey Toyota.

I arrived 15 minutes for my appointment and wasnts attended until almost 20 minutes after my 12 pm appointment. All I was told to just go back in my truck and wait. Very frustrating. Thats not good customer service and what appointments are made for.

It took 4 hours for a simple oil change while I was waiting there. I was waiting for half an hour just to get to my turn sitting in the car before a service rep was available. When I book service for a particular time I honor it by coming on time I fact I was there 10 minutes early, but it seems your system of management does not honor your customers times.
