Person without an apt was attentended to before me. Even thoough I was there befor the person and we both had the number 1 sign attached to the window. Mine was yellow as I had an apt, the other car had the green 1 as the person did not have apt. I asked about this, and was told that having an appointment only guarantees same day delivery but not who gets serviced first. Very disappointed.
