I can’t tell you how helpful Dexter was. I originally go to Toyota of Sunnyvale, but I decided to go to Milpitas because it was closer to my home. There was definitely a reason for me to go there. I had a leak in my radiator which need to be replaced. He said I would cost me 8 something. Me being a single mom I could not afford that. Lucky he went out of his way to called 800 number to see if I had an extend warranty. He called back with exciting news. Everything was covered by the warranty and on top of that I was able to receive a rental car. I am grateful to have gone to Piercey Toyota! Thank you Dexter!
