I got an appointment on the same day my day off from work and they did my alignment which was important since I had to get three new tires from Costco on Sunday , the alignment will save my new tires from wearing out to fast.

I sat and waited for 4 hours for my vehicle. Dulce went home for day with no updates. I realized it was closing time and asked for an update and they told me my vehicle had been ready. I was told Dulce would call me in the am to make an appointment. Never received a call. No service was provided. Check engine light still on despite the fact I just had my car serviced there 2 weeks prior. $1800 worth of work done “supposedly” I am utterly disgusted with the service I have received.
