When I checked on internet to see the hours you were open, it said that you were “less than usual” busy, so I headed in (11:00am) when I got there I was told it would be about 2-1/2 hrs (oil change and tire rotation) so it was suggested to make appt, so I did so. Stayed in town for a couple hours, since it’s a distance to drive in there, and came back for 1:30 appointment time. Checked in around 1:05, and STILL ended up waiting OVER 2-1/2 hours for truck to be finished!!! The service gets worse each time I go in, and am seriously considering going elsewhere! Moss is about the same distance to drive, maybe I’ll try them. Needless to say, I missed 2 of my appointments because of this
