Jesse is very friendly and efficiency. He did all my request without leaving out anything. Upon the completion of the job, he recaps everything he did for the day, made me felt confidence that my car is going to run smoothly.

I was notified the car was ready via email. I do NOT keep my email “open”..only occasionally during the day! I would have preferred a text to my cell phone instead. Hence, I waited 30 minutes longer then I needed to and only then did I know it was ready because I walked outside and saw it parked. Otherwise, the service provided was satisfactory.

Joel has always been my favorite since my first day. He’s always helpful and kind. I came in with my accord recently and was truly overwhelmed because of two leaks they had found during my oil change. The repairs were not kind to my college student wallet. However, Joel was so helpful, kind, and truly went the extra the mile to make sure things went smoothly. In the end he even installed my new wiper blades after we exchanged goodbyes and I remembered I needed to buy new wiper assemblies. Props to the service department as a whole for getting my car up and running in such a timely manner. Car issues aren’t fun to pay for sometimes but every time I’ve had service done it’s always felt more than worth it in the end! Thanks guys!

James did well however I have a big complaint about the new damages on my car as I came back to pick it up. The person at the desk checking me out stated a manager by the name of John will contact me on Thursday Jan 2, and I have not heard from anyone. James did a walk through inspection initially as i watched him and there were no initial damage on my car. I am very upset, due to the fact that I purchased my car there, and have been getting it serviced there. If the damages are not fixed and taken care of by Diamond Valley, I will tell people to not shop nor service there anymore.
