Daniela was very helpful on the phone when I initially contacted Honda to make the appointment, she was kind, courteous, efficient, and answered all questions. Chad actually helped me once I arrive, Chad was courteous although I was given incorrect information and was quoted $179 for a diagnostic when the tire pressure sensor just needed to be reset, which Daniela, helped me with once I came to pick up the car. She had another gentleman clear the code and apologized for Chad quoting me when there is no charge for that service.

I got overcharged on my last service, happy hour oil change how much is it ?
Then I asked how much for tire rotation (24.99) at the end I ended up paying 120+ dls.
Not sure if I will come back here.
