Amazing customer service from Angela. She made us feel valued. We are happy Honda owners and now we have found a new Honda service center.

The 1st time we brought the vehicle in for the same problem we were dismissed and the van was sent home. The problem being a slow leak in our drivers side front tire. We continue to have the issue and had to inflate the tire on a daily basis. I have also been stuck at a grocery store having an almost completely flat tire. This brings us to today bringing the van in for the continued issue along with the sensors indicating other tires were low in air but than the indicator changing back to green. We informed your service department of these ongoing issues and upon inspection they could not find any issues. Asking us to pick up the van. I said no we would not be picking the van up until our issues were addressed. We were told by Angela they wanted us to monitor the tire issue and see. I asked see what the tire would be flat everyday with no nails or any sign of puncture which was also confirmed by the tech who is saying they find nothing wrong with the tire. So I insited the tire be replaced as we do not want to have to inflate the tire everyday and possibly get stuck away from home. Angela said she would talk to a manager and get back to us. We waited and waited with not call back. Having to go to work tomorrow we reached out to Angela to find out what was going to happen and to our dissatisfaction we were told they MIGHT have found the problem near the valve so they patched it. I have to say I am shocked at this being the solution. 1st they aren't sure if that is the issue and to put a bandaid to shut us up. I drive 75 miles to work to have a tire issue is unacceptable. We have already taken time off to take the car in and this is the fix. Needless to say we are not happy.

Our keys have been lost. We were blamed for having them in the car and then told they were handed to me. We had someone help my wife look for the keys in the car so could not find them now we’re being told to bring the car back so they can look through it again. Something is wrong and we are not happy. We want our keys back Erin and Debbie Chamberlain ****-****-xxxx.

Great service, but not happy about diagnostic charge when I said what the problem was.

I purchased my car there and was given in writing a lifetime oil change but was told it no longer applies. Not happy. Plus wait time 3 hours Too long

Worked with manager to solve my problem so far so good.

so far the service has been phenomenal since 2018. i just wish that there are loyalty discounts or similar things for loyal customers.
