Nate was extremely helpful when I was told something different when making my appointment, he made the situation right and was very accommodating. However I did have to pay for 2 hours of labor for a problem I explained before arriving and should have been a simple error code reading and quick check along with the fix should not have taken that long and do feel that I was overcharged for that.

The service writer was good. The only thing with him was I wished I knew how long the work was going to take. I told him I was going to wait for my pickup. Appointment was at 1 and I was out at 4.
The bigger problem was the tech that worked on my pickup. When he came around to the front of the building he was moving plenty fast and turned very sharp into a parking spot. When I got in my pickup there was dirt on the door panel. Also, the left rear rock guard was not installed correctly. Not sure if I should bring it back or just adjust it myself.
This is a new pickup that I purchased from you around a month ago. I expect things to be done correctly and the interior kept clean.

Worked on Cleaning up pickup for over an hour after I got it home. Most of the windows were covered with hard water spots. Back of the pickup had weeds, grass, and mud in it. Tailgate had something hard on it and the bumper was full of mud

The online checkup had too much background noise. When the car was delivered it still had the dirty floor guard in it. Also the seat was signicantly not where I left it. Also I asked for a new cabin filter but instead I was told I did not need one so I did not get what I wanted.
