Chad was lovely. Took me in, obtained all info and my car was finished in the exact time he told me. The only criticism has nothing to do with Chad who I said was lovely. The Latin lady who was a bit older is so rude and mean she needs to find another job if she can’t be a decent human being by just being nice. She was so rude and to the service workers, I’m not sure who worked on my car. It was a nail in my tire and they patched it which was lovely, however, when I received my car back and already got home, I noticed the tire they fixed had a pressure of 38 which is good but all the other 3 tires had different air pressure of 34, 36, 33. It would have been nice for them to check the pressure in all of the tires to make sure they are all at 38 just like the one they fixed.

Nice team and appreciate the service today. Communication could have been more clear re: recommendations on work to be done. Pricing on services is also not competitive whatsoever - this is just a consideration for your team as you look to maximize value for your business. Recommendations on service totaled roughly $5000 on my vehicle that is under 30,000 Miles and I wouldn’t ever do this work at your service department due to bad value.

I appreciate that both the assistant who initially received the car, and Mr. Estipular were courteous and helpful. They explained the whole process which really put me at ease. It'll be my pleasure to respond to a survey about the service.
