Not only did I witness Chase get a **** attitude with a 70 year old woman that just wanted to know why a light came on on her dash, after requesting my upper control arms be greased, and mentioning all the times they had to pull my truck in to go back and grease them, he says, have u considered buying a grease gun and going it yourself with hateful attitude, and when I come to pick up my truck he informs me that they did not have time to grease them. If they don't have time to grease 6 grease fittings what else did they not have time to do I wonder. He's a hateful little prick and should be limited to very little customer interaction if any at all, this is not the first time I've witnessed this kinda performance from chase and will be looking into taking my vehicle to other toyota dealers from now on
