Brandi Hodges did an amazing job! My displeasure is with the mechanics, I took my truck 3 times for the same stating issue, I got a new battery the second time I paid for a diagnostic the slow start in the morning and I was told I need a new starter several hundreds of dollars later the truck still has the same problem, I took the truck for the third time in a month and I told them there is a fuel pump issue recall but according with the system it doesn’t apply to my truck so I was told that I have to pay for another diagnostic to check the fuel pump obviously the mechanics are amateur keep changing me to put a new part that is not the issue from the beginning so I decided to pick my truck and drive to a eastern shore Toyota or get a local mechanic from now on.

Crystal was very friendly and professional. I wanted to give a shout out to the tech that actually worked on my vehicle. The only ID I could find was TXM060. I have different tires on my vehicle that should only be inflated to 30 psi and this is noted on my driver door frame. Every other time I have taken my Tacoma to a dealership they inflate them to 36 psi despite my request for 30. I gave up on telling people this past trip and decided to just fix it myself when I got home. When I did I checked my tire pressures and they were all correct. I wanted to give this tech a shout out for taking the time and caring enough to actually do it right.

I do wish that it wouldn’t take over two hours for an oil change and that they have a way of seeing the maintenance plan from Eastern Shore even after we asked what would they need before we used the one on Hwy 29. Crystal took the extra time to try to find my information and still honored it. I really appreciated her!
