I asked that the wipers be checked as I thought one was partially tore. This was not checked and I know Fawaz didn’t do the inspection but I feel like I was not listened to with this. I had to call back to have this issue addressed and my husband picked up and paid for new wipers from you all later in the day to put on ourselves. We are a 45 minute drive away so it’s not very convenient to make a return trip. Had the inspection been done properly and my concerns addressed this could have been avoided.

1. I waited over 5 minutes for a service advisor to show while I saw numerous employees chatting , texting ,etc as I entered and waited. 2. The supervisor did not verify the number to text messages to. My husband forwarded the messages from our home in Smithville. I informed the service advisor several times but itt was not corrected while I was at your service center. 3. My dash board was not put to the setting I had. I understand to do the service they had to look into programs , but it should be put back to the customers setting so the customer is not surprised as they drive into the busy traffic in your area. Will need to review the book and get the setting I enjoy back. Other than those 3 items the service was good.

I specifically requested that the wipers be checked because one was partially torn at the end. It was still that way when I left indicating no one checked my request. I had to call back and address the issue and my husband had to go back and purchase renew wiper blades for us to install.

Kandyse did an excellent job. If the service from the shop had been as good I would be happy. I was told that the original tires on a five year old Avalon with 41,000 miles were dry rotted. Is that Toyota standards? Either the regular service I got a few weeks ago was flawed or the work done today was. Could it have been both? Check the service records.
