3hour oil change

Amanda was great. Answered questions and provided detailed information as it was available. An asset to the Company.

Didn’t expect it to take an hour and a half

I had a scheduled oil change and got told the service guys were running behind, which is not what is bothering me. I got told it would be any hour and a half to two hours to get it completed due to this. I sat on the waiting room with no idea when my car was serviced or when it got completed. I had seen my car sitting outside at one point and thought it was just waiting. Then I checked about twenty minutes later and it was still sitting there. My brother who was with me went out to ask if it was done and the guy who helped him laughed and said it had been done for a little bit but he got a bunch of keys thrown at him and didn’t know what was what. I was unsatisfied because I didn’t know when my car was being serviced or done at all. So I would have been sitting there for awhile most likely if I hadn’t went and asked if my car was done.

Very thankful for Amanda Peplow, friendly and we had a good conversation about my van, it was helpful !
